Biography: Debbie Hess was born in England. She is Florida certified and has attended Sonday Reading training programs. She is also an artist, and has her art work on display at The Key Largo Art Gallery. She enjoys the Florida Keys lifestyle with her family in activities such as scuba diving, fishing, boating, snorkeling, and skiing.
